Legal
Terms & Conditions
The terms you agree to when you book a ticket and when you come to the dome.
These terms are being finalised with our advisers. Until they are published in full, this page sets out how tickets and performances work as things stand.
Who you are buying from
Tickets for The Dream Dome are sold by our ticketing partner, on their own site. Your contract for a ticket is with them, and their terms cover the purchase. The registered company behind the events will be named here when these terms are published.
Tickets
Tickets are released about eight weeks before each location opens. What happens if you cannot attend — exchanges, refunds and resale — is set by the ticketing partner and will be summarised here.
The performance
Each Dream Dome experience runs about ninety minutes with no interval, and the audience lies back for it. Programmes and performers may change; if a performance is cancelled or moved, the position on refunds will be set out here.
Getting in and getting around
Entry requirements, age limits, what you can bring and how the dome is reached will be set out here. If you have access requirements, tell us through the contact page and we will answer directly.
Filming and photography
Whether performances are filmed or photographed, and on what basis, will be stated here before the first date.
This website
The words, pictures and design on this site belong to the production. How the site itself may be used will be set out here.
